About us

Healthier homes.
Stronger families.
Better community.

The Healthy Home Network exists to make healthy living feel a little less overwhelming.

Families are asking more questions about the homes they live in, the products they use, the food they eat, and the professionals they trust.

We help make the right people, resources, and next steps easier to find.

The problem we wanted to solve

Finding the right people can be difficult.

A recommendation might be buried in a Facebook group. A great practitioner may only be known through word of mouth. A family dealing with mold, indoor air quality concerns, unexplained symptoms, a renovation, or simply trying to make healthier choices may not know where to begin.

We built the Healthy Home Network to change that.

We bring together businesses, practitioners, educators, and service providers who care deeply about helping families create healthier homes and healthier lives.

More than a directory

More than a business directory

The Healthy Home Network isn't simply a list of companies.

It's a community built around education, connection, and relationships.

We help families discover professionals who can help them make more informed decisions about their homes, health, wellness, and everyday environment.

We also bring those professionals together through local events, educational conversations, workshops, media, and shared resources.

Because healthier communities aren't built by one company or one practitioner.

They're built when good people know one another, share what they know, and work together to serve families well.

Who joins the network

What connects our members isn't a specific profession. It's a shared desire to help people live healthier, more intentional lives.

Membership is curated rather than automatically granted.

We prioritize professionals who demonstrate integrity, expertise, a willingness to educate, and a genuine commitment to serving families and the broader community.

Helping families know where to start

We don't believe healthy living has to mean changing everything overnight.

Sometimes the next step is understanding what's happening inside your home.

Sometimes it's finding a practitioner who asks better questions.

Sometimes it's discovering a healthier product, attending a conversation, meeting another family, or simply learning something you didn't know yesterday.

Our goal is to make those next steps easier to find.

One trusted connection at a time.

Meet the founder

It started with one family asking better questions.

The Healthy Home Network was founded by Dusty Jenkins with a simple idea: families shouldn't have to spend hours digging through Facebook groups, asking around, and sorting through conflicting information just to find people they can trust.

Like many families, Dusty and his family became more intentional about the environments they live in, the products they use, the food they eat, and the people they turn to for guidance.

Along the way, they discovered something important.

There are incredible professionals, businesses, and educators doing meaningful work in our community. The problem is that families don't always know they exist.

The Healthy Home Network grew out of a desire to change that.

Today, the mission is bigger than one family. It's about creating stronger connections between families and the people who can help them make more informed decisions about their homes, health, and everyday lives.

Because healthier communities begin at home.

Rooted in Middle Tennessee.
Built for community.

The Healthy Home Network began in Middle Tennessee, where relationships and word-of-mouth recommendations were already helping families discover incredible local professionals.

We're creating a better way for those relationships to grow.

Through our member network, local events, educational content, resources, and community partnerships, we're building a place where families can discover people worth knowing and where businesses passionate about healthier living can work together to make a greater impact.

Our mark

A network built on relationships

Every element of the Healthy Home Network logo was chosen with intention. It tells the story of who we are, what we value, and why we exist.

Home

Home sits at the heart of the symbol. It is where the vision begins and what the work is ultimately about: a healthy home.

Leaf

A subtle nod to healthy, eco-conscious living. The leaf balances the elements within the home and serves as a quiet sign of care.

Nodes / Compass

This network is built on connection. The four nodes represent direction, purpose, and the way people remain connected rather than operating in isolation.

Community

The circle and connecting lines represent people holding and supporting one another. Community works both ways.

Cross

We want to keep God in the middle of it all, holding everything together. The cross is hidden in plain sight in the center of the windows, representing clear vision into our homes and into our hearts.

A healthier home can change the way a family lives.

And healthier families can change a community.
